The organizations on the Campaign Mentor Hospital Registry have volunteered to provide support, advice, clinical expertise, and tips to hospitals seeking help with their implementation efforts. The information on the registry is provided by each institution on their Mentor Hospital application. The Campaign Mentor Hospital Registry is designed to help Campaign participants identify, based on whatever criteria deemed appropriate, the most suitable Mentor Hospital(s) to contact for assistance. IHI cannot vouch for the accuracy, reliability or completeness of furnished data.
The Campaign Mentor Hospitals are grouped by intervention and sorted alphabetically by organization name. Read the information listed to identify those you would like to contact. Also check that the Mentor’s availability status is listed as “available to answer requests” indicating that they are ready and able to help. Web pages are searchable, so feel free to use [Ctrl] + F to open a search for key words.
When emailing mentors, please include “5 Million Lives Campaign Question” in the subject line (so the mentor can easily recognize the nature of the email) and copy (“cc”) CampaignMentors@ihi.org (so we can keep track of mentor activity and capture useful interactions; no questions or answers will be made public without the consent of all involved parties).
If you would like to share your implementation success with others and want to volunteer as a Campaign Mentor Hospital, please email Campaign@ihi.org to obtain an application and more information.
