  • For complete Office Practice Summit details and session descriptions, download the conference guide
  • Enroll in a Special Interest Breakfast.  For more information, visit the "Agenda" tab of this web page.
  • Office Practice Story Room: We know that stories are a critical element in all large scale change and we want to hear your stories about your practice and your patients.  Please stop by Grapevine Registration 1 during the General Conference  to share your story.  Please note, your story will be broadcasted during session break times.
  • Help Us Reduce Paper Waste!  Paper handouts for Learning Labs and Workshops will not be provided in the meeting rooms.  Instead, we will provide each attendee a jump drive loaded with all Learning Lab and Workshop materials at time of registration.  We encourage you to bring your laptop to all sessions.  Handouts made available to IHI by faculty before the conference will be posted on this web page (see "Meeting Materials" tab) so attendees can review materials and print handouts to bring with them, if they choose.  Handouts may also be printed on-site at the Summit at Grapevine Registration 2.  All printer paper used at the Summit is 30% or 100% recycled paper content.  Workshop handouts made available to IHI by faculty can also be accessed at no cost after the Office Practice Summit on this web page.  See "Meeting Materials" tab.
  • Transportation from Hotel to Airport:  The Gaylord Texan does not have taxi’s on property. To save in wait time for a car, we suggest you make travel arrangements for your departure in advance.  For information about travel options, please visit the "Hotel&Travel" tab.

The 9th Annual International Summit on Redesigning the Clinical Office Practice will build on its nine-year history as the meeting place for thousands of providers to learn cutting-edge improvements for the office practice and outpatient settings.

We are on the threshold of remaking entire care systems, now focused on the home base of care — the clinical office practice.  If your practice is ready to promise and deliver reliable, patient-centered, evidence-based care for every patient, every time, we urge you to join us on March 30-April 1, 2008, in Dallas, Texas.
