The International Training and Education Center on HIV (I-TECH), a collaboration between the University of Washington and University of California San Francisco, is a global AIDS training program working at the invitation of ministries of health and the US government to increase human and institutional capacity for care and treatment in countries hardest hit by the HIV and AIDS epidemic, including South Africa and Malawi. Numerous resources are available on the website.
